And therefore, provide you an option to return or exchange the product in case it failed to meet your expectations.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- How do I return/exchange an item?
Products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery of orders.
Kindly note you can place the return/exchange request on the above link on the website post 24 hours of the delivery of the order.
Return/Exchange request placed without the images shall not be entertained. Also, if an exchange or return request is made post 15 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Following products are not eligible for return:
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Products sold during annual DIWALI BUMPER MELA and participated in the annual DIWALI BUMPER MELA contest
- Any item that have been worn or washed.
- We may ask you to share images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.
- All “Made to order” articles ordered from the “Exclusive collection” or “Plus Size collection.”
Important Conditions for Return/Exchange requests
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team or the desired product or size is in stock.
- In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well
- A return and exchange request can be placed only once for any order.
- In case any return/exchange request is rejected basis physical quality check by Alberto Torresi team, the customer is not eligible for the return-refund or exchange request. In an event he/she wants to use the sent the merchandise, Alberto Torresi will courier the merchandise on the required address, however the cost of logistic and handling (to be intimated at the time of courier) to be borne by the customer and to be paid in advance to the Alberto Torresi team. In case of failure of the logistic cost paid in advance, Alberto Torresi will not ship the product.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
REFUNDS
- How will I receive my refund?
- Refund’s will be processed within 10-12 days from the date of returned/exchanged items being received in our warehouse and have been intimated to the customer that are eligible for refund request.
- All Refunds for Prepaid orders shall be done in the source account/method or via AT Credit i.e. the coupon code to be used on the website with 1 year expiration date.
- All Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders shall be done in the bank account details provided at the time of placing the refund request or via AT credit i.e. the coupon code to be used on the website with 1 year expiration date. .
Note:- Any Shipping/COD charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
